Seabrook
Seabrook is a residential suburb on the Point Cook Road immediately south of the Princes Highway at Laverton and Williams Landing. It is bounded on three sides by Point Cook and is 19 km south-west of central Melbourne.
In the mid-1990s the Western Gardens housing estate was opened, and part of it later became Seabrook. The name appears to have come from the Seabrook Boulevard which encircles the eastern part of the suburb. Seabrook primary school was opened in 1997 (920 pupils, 2014).
Seabrook has several neighbourhood reserves, a linear park along Skeleton Creek on its northern perimeter and a community centre. Its census populations have been:
census date | population |

2001 | 4742 |
2006 | 5005 |
